Refund policy

At Kaadees Co, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our 2-day return policy.


Returns

  • You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • In the same condition as received.

    • Unworn/unused, with all tags attached.

    • In its original packaging.

    • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Mandatory Condition: A box opening video (unboxing video) from the start of opening the sealed package is required for all return claims. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

  • To request a return, email us at kaadeesco@gmail.com with your order details, reason for return, and the unboxing video.

  • Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with the return address and return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Wrong Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your unboxing video and photographs so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Personal care and hygiene products.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and gift cards.


Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your original item (with approval and video proof).

  • After the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at kaadeesco@gmail.com.


📌 Important Note:
Returns or refund claims without a clear, uninterrupted box opening video will be rejected. This is to ensure fairness and prevent misuse.
